I need to have a tooth pulled. I'm curious if anyone's ever experienced !

Question: My very last upper right molar needs to be pulled. My tooth is dying. I have an absece on the roots.
I'm just curious if anyone that's had this happen notice a fowl smell in their mouth every so often. I've seen my dentist and an endodontist. I will be making an appointment to have it pulled. Just wondering if anyone has ever expierenced a dead tooth and getting a fowl smell like somethings rotten in your mouth every so often.

yes and i've had patients with very bad smelling abscesses when drainning them during root canal
