if you keep getting them go to the doctor and they will give you mouthwash it stings but it helps it numbs them and helps get rid of them. they are caused by stressed. try not to eat anything to salty and sharp like salt and vinegar crisps

WARM SALT WATER MIGHT HELP

this is a hoem remedy-but maybe you should check the cause of the ulcers first:
prepare a disinfectant solution from boiled water-but let it cool 1st and salt-lots of salt. Wash your mouth with that and yes it will burn. Follow that by washing your mouth with oil-preferably olive oil mixed with honey-honey also has healing properties for scars-this will form an oily layer over your scars and help them heal faster. Repeat both mothwashes 2-3 times a day.

Treatments based on antibiotics and steroids are reserved for severe cases, and should be used only under medical supervision.

Some doctors may also prescribe a local anaesthetic, such as lidocaine or benzocaine, for cases of multiple or severe oral ulcers.

Some people benefit from using an over-the-counter topical gel, like Bonjela, which may contain substances such as choline salicylate to help reduce the pain and inflammation associated with oral ulcers.

Also, putting baking soda directly on the sore and taking l-lysine herb has been shown to help with healing and pain.

Holding milk in the mouth over the sore can have a temporary soothing effect upon the sore.
