I have a knot/bump on my gums after recent wisdom tooth extraction...?!


Question:

I have a knot/bump on my gums after recent wisdom tooth extraction...?

I got my top two wisdom teeth pulled under local 4 days ago, today I noticed a rather large knot in my gums by my back tooth. Anyone know what this could be? It's not terribly sore, only to touch, it's rather hard feeling and irritating the inside of my cheek. Could it be bone or something? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
