If you don't wear your Retainer?
I wore braces for over 3 years. I got them off a few weeks ago and started to wear the clear retainer. For the most part, I've been wearing them. Until, last night when I forgot to wear them asleep (about 8 hours). It's wierd because now I can put them in easier. But I dont know if my teeth shifted, and I can't tell. I'm too afraid to tell my parents if my teeth did shift, it cost them a ton of money to put my braces back on. Did my teeth shift? And what should I do?
Answers:
After I had my braces the first time I had to wear a retainer. I wore it everynight in the beginning but then soon I would maybe wear it twice a week. Its my fault and now I have braces again. I'm sure one night won't make a difference.
