Few basic home teeth whitening methods, followed by people throughout the world are given below:

1) Rubbing a paste of lemon juice and salt on the yellow color of the teeth is a great method of erasing the dull color of the teeth.

2) Rubbing the inside of an orange peel on the discolored teeth allows them to take on excellent white luster.

3) Brushing teeth daily with a paste of bi-carbonate of soda with water, erases the stains on the surface of the teeth.

4) Dried and powdered Bay leaves mixed with dried orange peel are also a great whitener.

Use any of these home teeth whitening methods frequently, to yield great results.

rince your mouth twice a day with hydrogen peroxide from the drugstore ( 3%) and then rince with water, it will kill germs and whiten your teeth at the same time. ( all whitening mouthwashes have hydrogen peroxide in them and thats why they work.)

try drinking chlorophyll water (the green pigment in plants)- it decreases the number of germs in your mouth, gives you a boost of energy, keeps you hydrated and boosts your iron level-

Brush your teeth twice a day

Gurgle with Hydrogen peroxide (but rinse with water)

I hope at least one of the suggestions helped.

I would say do what I do as it works great!

I do a pre-wash with Listerine Whitening Pre-brush rinse (about 4 dollars) and then i brush my teeth with Aquafresh Extreme Clean plus whitening (about $1.50) and I feel great ALL DAY!

My dentist said these should work just as great as a professional cleaning.

Here are some sources about whitening products and their reviews (including what I use):

Bleach trays at the dentist are about $100, they make a custom mold for you. Go and get your teeth cleaned, spending some money on that should get you a cheaper rate on the tray for bringing them business. A professional cleaning will also help with your breath issues. Peroxide bleach syringes are $25 for 3 tubes at my dentist. In 2 weeks, 1 hour a night you can get your teeth as white as they can be. Brush your roof and tongue too, that always is a spot missed. If you drink alot of soda or tea/coffee or smoke you will need to whiten every few months to keep the same shade. Don't do laser whitening, it sucks and doesn't last.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

100 teeth whitening trays?!?! bulls*it! lol how about getting a 99 cent bottle of peroxide.

what i do is ill add a reasonable about to a disposable cup then add a pinch of regular mouth wash to give it a little taste.

Before using this mixture brush your front teeth first for 30 seconds of enough time to remove plaque. Then rise that out w/e. Then use the concoction like you would mouth wash and swish it around as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Then let it just sit on your front teeth for another 20-30 seconds. Spit that out but don't rinse. Now get your tooth brush and brush them with toothpaste like you normally would. You will notice a difference in the first time and in a week you will be at least 2-3 shades whiter =]

have fun

Bad breath - make sure you have a diet with lots if fresh green vegies. Parsley is the best natural breath freshener. Its a good idea to visit a dentist to make sure you don't have any gum disease, which can really stink.
I tried Crest Whitestrips for whitening my teeth, bought them on Ebay for half price ($50). They worked a treat.
