Suffering from dry socket,have had it packed with gauze for the last week,when?

will i be able to use mouthwash or salt water?do i wait until my packing come out?

Answers:

Hi yeah I'd avoid using anything till the packing comes out.
I had dry socket too and the pain was excruciating when the gauze came out.I had to have mine repacked a few times and got instant relief when the gauze was replaced.
