Braces and teeth extractions?!
Question: I've had braces for a year and i still have an over bite. My orthodontist wants me to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed along with 2 of my premolars on top! I work around people all day long and I don't want them to think I look like a meth head with missing teeth! How long does it take for them to shift back and will cause spacing or gaps in my front teeth?

Actually if you think about it, people only really see your front teeth. They don't see the molars when you're talking unless you show them on purpose.
it depends how tight they leave ur braces after they remove ur teeth.....i had 4 front teeth(the ones next to the buck tooths;up and down) removed and they shifte in like a week but with a lot of pain, the tighter ur braces, the faster the shiftment....
