Why everyday i wake up my teeth are bleeding???!

it sounds like you are a mouth breather. when you sleep you breathe through your mouth not nose. which means that your gums and teeth get dry all night...which makes your gums bleed very easily. I know this sounds gross, but try putting some vaseline on your front teeth and gums before bed, and see if after a few days, that this goes away.
What in the world does "they feel lump" mean? I am not a new comer to the English language, but what "they feel lump," and "fell real lumb" means is beyond me.
Are you flossing? My friend didn't floss really and his gums did bleed, but now he flosses.

Go to your dentist. You could have a gum disease. But, not to scare you my sister had bleeding gums and it turned out to be from acute myeloid leukemia.
