How does a PPO Plan work?!
Question: I am confused? i have a PPO Plan and my co payment is $25.00 a docgor visit. I under stand that. But I get confused with $250.00 deductable and $3,000 something? Can someone explain?
The reason whu I ask is because I am pregnant and I want to know how much I have to pay for delivery?
