The Listerine Strips are the best. I have tested them myself. You wear them for 15mins or so and they dissolve. Then you brush your teeth and you are done. A few of the other OTC strips slip while on your teeth.
Supposedly i think that crest whitening for the overall price and outcome is best. Thats what a study said that tried like 4 or 5 of the popular whitening systems. Ive used crest and have been pretty satisfied.

I went to a Crown Council dentist between January and March.
These dentists charge about $200 (about half price) for the full mouth whitening. 100% of the proceeds goes to a charitable organization that assists children with life threatening illnesses. My dentist's assistant told me not to get the whitening done because it doesn't last long and youre teeth will become really sensitive to hot and cold.
