Why has my root canal tooth turned black?!


Question:

Why has my root canal tooth turned black?

2 years ago i got 2 root canals 1 on the top right side and 1 on the left bottom the top right was fine and the bottom left now turned sorta grayish how did this happened can it be changed back to white is it a big deal
