Will it matter that i use whitening strips once a day for twenty days as opposed to twice a day for ten? jwing

im using crest whitening strips and they are kinda tough to use im not going to lie, but i can keep them on for the recommended 30 minutes but with work the gym and school i can only do it once a day, will this lessen my results?
