Ceramic braces???!

Ceramic braces???

Im 13 and need braces. I definetly dont want invisalign because Im afraid I'll lose them, and they're really expensive. But I cant decide between ceramic (clear) braces of metal ones. I dont have perfectly white teeth, but they arent yellow. I was wondering if the ceramic ones would stain, and which ones I should get? Pros and Cons?

Truthfully the only difference is the color. They work the same. I think it's easier to rotate teeth with metal because you can bend the wings and you can't do that with ceramic. Also the "glue" doesn't cause white spots. Letting food sit on your teeth by not brushing or flossing is what will cause those. Anyways, the ceramic brackets are pretty discreet if that's what your going for. They are normally a little more expensive. And if you get bored and decide you want to start picking colors then it kind of defeats the purpose of the ceramics. Just think about it. There is no wrong decision here so don't stress over it.
