Do you brush your teeth when you lunch at work ?!
Question: I do, but I know lot of people who don't. However, it's a necessity ! Please, have a fresh breath and be healthy: brush your teeth after each meal !

I volunteer rather than work so my "work day" is a bit different.
It really depends on where I am. If I am at home I brush after every meal. I use a water-pick after breakfast and floss after dinner.
If I go out to lunch I bring my toothbrush and brush in the restroom. If I forget my toothbrush or am not able to brush I certainly floss.
Oral hygeine is very important, I agree!! :)

no and actually a lot of dentist will say that 2 times a day is fine and that it is usually not feasible to brush after every time you eat as long as you brush & floss in the morning and after dinner before bed you are good ... but kudos to you for being able to do it wish I could :D

YES!!! i do! i work in a dental office, and when we all get back from lunch, we clock in, and brush our teeth. everybody in my office does! we have to have clean teeth, since we are telling people how to care for their teeth, we have to set the example. plus...its just gross to not brush after you eat.
