Question: I got two of my wisdom teeth on one side removed today.
can i rinse my mouth with water???

I would not recommend rinsing your mouth as this will remove any newly formed blood clot. Drinking and eating is okay as long as they are cool, you can start semi warm food from tomorrow. also do not spit, drink from a straw, and do not smoke anything for a week after your surgery.
When mine were removed I could use mouth wash but could only eat ice cream for a few days. I would see how your mouth feels each day and try out different foods to see if you can handle them.
Your dentist should have given you pretty specific instructions about what not to do. Usually you just rinse your mouth really carefully for about 24 hours and then see how you feel. If they were on the same side..you have half a mouth (lol) you can chew with.. just be careful. One thing about mouth stuff...it heals pretty fast.. ?
of course you can.if your gonna rinse use salt and water.
