canker sore. Will take 3-5 days for it to clear. If it is really bothering you, you can put a dab of orijel on it.

Possibly a Canker Sore..

If not, I'd get it checked out.

its nothin it will go away in like 2 days

its probably a wound on your mouth that is caused by candida albicans, also, a fungal infection

i have those all the time i usually leave them alone and in about 2-3 days it will go away just don't touch it!they usually happen when you walk around to places with no shoes on weird huh?=]

Most likely it is a "canker" sore. Or the technical term is a "herpetic lesion". They are caused by one of two things. First, trauma to the area. Like if you cut your gum with a fork or something. Second, an illness of some sort. Have you been sick lately? There are perscription medications that will treat this if you catch it early enough, see your dentist. Or you can use Orabase or Orajel to numb the area so it's not so bothersome. They will go away in about a week. They are common and in the same family as "cold sores". Another possibility is an abcess, which means that your right canine could be infected. This would require immediate treatment by your dentist, and possibily a root canal. If the bump "pops" and becomes flat, I would go directly to the dentist.

Do you use chewing tobaco ? if you do, it could be precancer growth. weather you do, or not, you really should get it checked out. It could be realy bad.
