cuz i really need to know them for later, and i want to be prepared for when i do..please answer?

1. what colors look best?

2.how do they change the wires?

3. how long do they hurt when they change the wire?

please..which do you think is better..
is it better to make it harder to see.

and i want it less noticable, but you can KINDA see it!

Ahh, braces. I had EVERYTHING when I was younger. Braces, headgear, neckgear, expanders, wires, retainers. It's a lot to deal with but now I have beautiful straight teeth. It's very much worth it. :)

1. I started out getting my favorite colors but eventually just went with clear. You'll still see the wires but the actual braces look less prominent if you use clear.

2. They change the wires by cutting them and pulling them out. It sounds scary but it's not. And it feels good when they're off for a brief moment.

3. It only hurts when they tighten the wires. It can be painful but mostly the pain is just a dull pressure in your gums & teeth. I got headaches a lot from the pain. My advice would be to take some Ibuprofen or Tylenol about 30 minutes before going to your check-ups.

4. Sorry, I don't know of any websites. You could just try Googling braces and see what pops up. I'm sure you'll get a lot of helpful Y!A users. :)
