My teeth are already white because i use a whithening thoothpaste.Does anyone know how to get whiter teeth ?? without spending 500$ to the dentist.I heard about Crest white stripes does it really work???

whitening toothpastes are good for SURFACE staining and to keep new stains from sticking to your teeth-- our office has that 500.00 t-ment youre talking about and i don't recommend it. not enough shade lightening for the cost. the prescription strength Crest strips"Premium" are very good available @ most dental offices. bleaching does make teeth somewhat sensitive to cold -generally subsides after you finish the bleaching system-dentist can give you a little bottle of flouride if your very sensitive.
