How often do you have to change rubber bands??
i just got my rubber bands on today and they are fine but i don't know when to change them. i know when i eat i am supposed to change them. but how often if i just leave them in when i eat?
Answers:
It's perfectly alright to wear them while you eat. Just make sure you take them out afterwards, brush your teeth, and replace them(with new ones). I would change them 3 times a day just to make sure they're fresh and not all stretched out! That's what we tell our patients to do. Eating with them in can actually help them work you know!
