generally speaking the strips can be an effective way to whiten your teeth. the key behing them, as oppesed to the swissh or paint on stuff, is taht it hold the whitening solution against the teeth for the duration of determined exposure.
i am not wholely familiar with aquafresh's brand but yuo may have to use them a while before noticing a difference. touch up's are usually done every 6months to year...read the label.
you might experience sensitivity to cold while you are whitening, but that should subside when you complete the session.
you should not whiten your teeth if you are under 16..and in most cases under 18...the pulp chamber (where the nerves and blood supply are) are larger in younger teeth and you could experience even more sensitivity and it is not recommended! also, you are not supposed to be using whitening materials if you are pregnant or nursing! be safe...
do avaiod drinking pop, tea, coffee, wine and other stainging things while whitening...use a straw to bypass the from teeth.
