Here's what I've already done: acumpuncture; fisiotherapy, I'm using also some kind of splint that my dentist said I should, I only take it of for cleaning or when I have to eat. I sometimes use hot and umid cloths for pain relief, but it doesn't help much. The worse thing for me is when my mouth stops and I have to use my hands to open it. It is terrible!
I appreciate whatever suggestions you can give me!

I went through this too, when I lived in the country, I tried everything, I was in pain every night, my ear would even hurt right down to my shoulder. It just went away one day after I moved back to the city. I hated the country, lonely place, maybe it was the stress that was causing it, maybe there is something bugging you, I dont know, this was my case.
