check out the dental school at Lynchburg College. You can get very competent, and cheap, dental services at a dental school. You will be assigned to a dental student who performs whatever services you need under the direct supervision of a qualified and experienced instructor (an accomplished dentist).
I was in a similar situation last year and when I went to the University of Maryland Dental School the rates were less than half of private practice dentists, and the quality just as good. They can do anything at the school that you can have done at a private practitioner. You also have access to dental surgeon, for tooth extraction. I'd check out the dental school.
