Question: does anyone know what this means, remval of impacted tooth (soft tissue), removal of impacted tooth (partially bony), removal of impacted tooth ( completely bony)????

Sounds like you are going to have your wisdom teeth extracted. Soft tissue means the tooth is already out of the bone but under the gums, partial bony means the tooth is not fully erupted yet and part of it is still under the bone, complete bony means the tooth has not started to erupt yet and it is completely covered by the bone in your jaw. Hope this helps!

when its soft, i think it means its a cavity...

A soft tissue impacted tooth means that the crown is out of the bone but still under gum tissue, a partially bony impacted tooth means that the crown of that tooth is partially out of the bone, and an impacted tooth (completely bony) means that the crown of that tooth is completely under bone tissue.
