I have a really bad canker soar. Do you know how to get rid of it?
i gargle with warmt water plenty of times a day. i use orajel. i use mouthwash every morning, but i cant seem to get rid of this. all it does it get bigger and it hurts soooo bad. ive almost have had it for over a week now. i cat even smile without it hurting. is there something else i can try?

Firstly, the word is 'sore' not 'soar'.
Secondly, go to the drug store/pharmacy and ask for a bottle of iodine, the formula dentist's use when you swill your mouth. Be sure it is the type you can use orally.
Mix about 12 drops of the iodine with WARM water, and rinse your mouth with that about three times a day. Your mouth will become very dry after you do this, but, within a few days, your canker will be 'dead'.
