What can i do to stop the pain i get from my teeth bleaching treatment ... its the lowest dose out there .?
Answers:
Not brushing before using them can help. Using the top and bottom separately can help too. Or space the time out. If it hurts then skip a day. Eventually, the sensitivity wears off or lighter. Don't use it for any longer than recommended. If the sensitivity doesn't stop when you stop the treatment, within a day or two, see your dentist.
