Simply (for me)

Pros - teeth stay straight
cons - gotta floss better

one pro keeps teeth straight
one con very hard to keep teeth clean I finally broke mine off 2 times and the second time I just got rid of it. My teeth feel soooo much cleaner and actually they have not moved.

Get one! Or you wont actually wear your retainer and your teeth with shift! Mine have and I really wish I had got the permanent retainer and if you take it out after a few years your teeth will stay!

i have one on the bottom and i dont even notice its there. i only did for a day. but its worth it, especially if you know you wont be good about wearing youre retainer
