I don't see why not. I used them 5 years ago (Crest strips) and my teeth are still nice and white, but they weren't that bad to begin with. I assume since you're 13 yours aren't very stained, either. The only thing I will warn you about is the pain! I'm sure everybody's teeth react differently, but they made mine hurt SO bad and they were so sensitive it kept me up all night in pain. I'm not saying it will for sure happen to you, but be ready for the possibility. Good luck!

As a dental assistant my answer is yes it is "Ok" to use them. The only draw back is that they are not a permanent fix and it can cause severe sensitivity. I would recommend you start out with a whitening tooth paste for example Arm and Hammer Plus whitening is a very good brand.

I never heard anything that say you can't use it . its good for your teeth and makes them pretty go for it
