How long to MAKE braces?!

How long to MAKE braces?
im gonna go make an appointment soon to tell the dentist that id like braces, but i want to know how long will it take for they could put them on? can it possibly be the same day?? I want it the SOONER the BETTER!!

I highly doubt that they put them on the same day you meet with them. That's just the day you meet with the orthodontist and they tell you what it's all about and how long they think you'll have them on. You could get them on a couple weeks after that, but it all depends on if they're booked solid for the next couple weeks.
