Anyone have any long term toothache remedies? It will be a while before I can afford the dentist...thanx?

Its a cracked tooth and I'm pretty sure the nerves are exposed. I went to the ER and they gave antibiotics and painkillers, its 6 days later, painkillers are gone and antibiotics aren't helping.
