Should I brush after every meal?!
Question: I just got braces yesterday. Top braces & the booklet told me to brush after every meal, but I don't want to.
I brush 2 times a day & floss once a day.
What will happen if I don't brush after every meal?

Just yesterday ? Great. Now/or as soon as possible get a Water pik (dental jet spray) and use it after every meal that you can. It is GREAT. If you don't you'll finish with your braces and have cavities all over. Seriously, you'll love how it works.
You'll have food particles stuck on your braces, yuk. Have you ever seen spinach or lettuce on someones teeth, well imagine something worse than that, that could be you without brushing, or picking. Yuk. LOL :), No big deal.
