I have commonly seen $350-$400. Prices will vary but it's not a cheap process.

Depends on your coverage. Most won't cover that since it's not really neccessary and it's considered a luxury type deal.

Depends on the type of whitening that your dental professional offers. Meaning If its an inoffice followed up by take home whitening system for example (ZOOM) . Or simply a take home tray system (lab made whitening trays) It can run you anywhere from $350-->450.

Insurance will not cover whitening because it is considered a cosmetic service.
