Enamil, dentine, pulp cavity, blood vessels?!


Question: i'm just been going through my notes from school as i have a big test coming up, and i was away when we learnt it.


would any one be able to tell me what these words mean and also are they sorts of teeth or something cause i don't know anything about them.

enamel, dentine, pulp cavity, blood vessels.

enamel is the outer layer of a tooth the part you can see. it is the hardest and strongest part of the body.

dentine is the next inner layer of the tooth structure, and the 2nd hardes part of the body.

pulp cavity, or pulp chamber, is where the nerve is, inside the center of the tooth.

blood vessels flow up through the root tip, and into the pulp, giving life to the tooth.
