What is the difference between plaque and decay?!


Question: plaque is a bunch of germs on ur teeth (if u use ur nails and scrub one of ur teeth then look at it, its usualy white), and if u dont brush for an extended period of time ( around 48 hours) the germs and stuff start making ur teeth decay.

some bacteria in plaque can prevent decay, but this is rare, most of the bacteria elect to cause decay.

As someone who has had plenty of both....

I would say its a matter of degree
