Ok, I don't know what you call it other than cheek biting but, please know that if you keep doing this that the repeated trauma to the area and cells may cause them to begin to change and that it may put you at a higher risk for oral cancer. I find that chewing sugarless gum helps keep me occupied. Good luck!
