Pain in teeth, bleeding of gums. Please help.?!

Question:

Pain in teeth, bleeding of gums. Please help.?

My mother is suffering from severe pain in her teeth. Her gums are soring and bleeding frequently. She is unable to eat food properly. We have tried several things, but there was no significant improvement. What can I do to cure her teeth and gums?

Answers:

Sounds like gum disease. You have to take her to the dentist asap. Are her teeth loose also? There is nothing on the market that can cure gum disease because plaque at the gum line needs to removed with professional tools. You'll need to go to a hygienist and she can suggest several treatments, depends on how far the disease has progressed. But don't wait, book the appointment, it'll only get worse. In the meantime, you can use a salt water rinse to ease some of the discomfort. About a tablespoon is a large glass of water. Rinse after every meal and of course, floss and brush gently until the appt. Good luck!
