Most likely geographic tongue. Normal variance for some lucky people. It is where the papillae of the tongue are sometimes absent on some areas of the tongue, and usually this pattern changes (reason for being called geographic). Usually if you suck on a lemone or lime it will get brighter red in that area.
Geographic tongue DOES NOT usually go away. Most people are born with it and have it for life, which is fine. It just changes from patterns from time to time. Rarely, some people will become ill and get this, it may go away, but I have never seen anyone who's went away.

u have obviousely had too much penis in that zone.. calm down and try to perform oral sex on a monthly basis next time..

Sounds like something called Geographic Tongue. Weird, eh? It's other name is 'glossitis' and basically the tongue develops smooth spots that can changed size, shape and number from one week to the next. It's fairly common in kids, while some adults get it too.

There isn't a known cause of or cure for it, so dosing up on vitamins and such won't help.

Generally after a while it will go away on it's own - for some that's timed out in months, while others have it for years. It can occasionally be a little tender on the spots, but you shouldn't lose your sense of taste.
