How to treat bad breath?!

Question: My family and friends confront me that I have a bad breath. I wonder why because I always brush my teeth, I have no tooth decay. They said maybe there's something wrong inside my body. I don't know really the cause. I have no ulcer. I used to gargle with salt. But still not effective. I'm afraid my husband will get turn off by this. I want always to smell good to him. I need a kind of help. Thanks!
