The tooth loosens, child will probably feel some discomfort...you can also look at child development studies that give averages for developmental milestones and changes in children and guesstimate approximately when this should normally be occurring.

Tell them that's what happens to teeth. They fall out when they get old and new ones grow underneath.
Aww I have no clue,, but what I would say is "baby teeth fall out because big kid teeth are moving in. You're becoming a BIG KID NOW!!!"
well explain to them that it's all part of growing up,because there's no other way anyway.but if he or she is to frightened or something of that sort,tell him that the dentist will put anesthesia on the gums
give them the whole tooth fairy jingle. Tell them the tooth will fall out so the adult one can grow in its place, and the tooth fairy will take it from under their pillow and give them a silver coin.
