1.Tie it to a toaster and chuck it down a stair well.
2. Wedge a stcik be hind it and pull
3. Punch yourself LOL
4. Clime a tree, tie it to a branch and jump off.

I can think of many funny scenarios, however that could get quite silly making up ways to lose teeth.
However one real way that i've seen teeth lost, which is mildly amusing, was when I took a dental impression of a child with a wobbly tooth.
I had to pick the tooth out of the impression material after i took the impression out of their mouth so that they could take it to the tooth fairy.
