How do you charge the oral b vitality?!

How do you charge the oral b vitality?
Hi, i just bought an oral b vitality, but i have no clue how to charge it. I plug the white charger into the wall, and then put the brush on it, and i charged it for 20 hours but still doesnt work. There is no connection between the white charger and the buttom of the brush and they are both plastic. does any1 have any ideas? or is there anything i have to take off before charging it? thanks

You might need to give it a really long time to charge intially, I think mine took 24 hours. Check out the picture of how it should sit on the base at the website. http://www.oralb.com/us/products/power/v...

Oral-B Braun warrants this appliance to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase at retail.
