All toothpaste are basically the same and fluoride is the ingredient that strengthens enamel by chemically bond to it forming a layer of enamel that is stronger than normal. Commonly, fluoride in at around 1000ppm (parts per million) in normal adult toothpaste and in kid's ones around 500ppm or less. There is also fluoride in water in fluoridated areas due to the same reason. There is also a less well know product on the market call 'GC toothmoose' in which the active ingredient is a calcium phosphate compound and apparently works better at strengthening the enamel. But ask your dentist. good luck.

There is a brand called Sensodyne that has a line called Pronamel. I love it and you can see how it works for you. A dentist reccommended it for me. Check out this link:
