Need help with crest whitestrips?
I lost the instructions on my crest whitestrips and can't remember how long to do it.
All it says is.. use twice a day for 30 minutes.
Is the 30 minutes a time- to equal an hour a day? or 30 minutes total??

30 Minutes twice a day. I used these a couple of years ago and that's how long I used them for. (Worked great, too.)
Just a heads up, if you have sensitive teeth, you may occasionally have some sensitivity issues throughout the day caused by some left over bleach from the strips. It's not much to worry about, but it's always better to know about it. ;)
