corsodyl

Listerine

mint mouthwash.

Corsodyl my dentist recommended it.

Tesco's own brand....

That one with 2 colours!!!!

But i dont really use it atm, as i us a 2 in 1 toothpaste

Listerine - 6 in 1 - the purple one. It's advertised on tv as creating some explosion in your mouth and i can assure you it certainly does that.

i struggle keeping it in my mouth its that strong - but it definately works!!

Colgate Plax because it is mild but effective.

Tesco own brand mouthwash

My dentist advised me to use a little bit of salt in warm water as a mouthwash and gargle every time i clean my teeth.

"....It can help prevent infection and freshens the breath"
His words not mine.

crest pro health, listerine, and scope

any that says antibacterial and has active ingredients like menthol etc. More money doesn't necessarily mean better just prettier package!!!
although the less intense vanilla Listerine tastes yummy and doesn't make you cry :)

I love the new 'whitening 'scope!
It's in a white bottle...the flavor is actually o.k. - and I think it actually helps whiten teeth! ?

Here is some information about mouthwashes that may be of interest.

Mouthwashes have no benefit whatsoever, except perhaps to shareholders. The length of time that an antibacterial or antiseptic product has to be in contact in order to be effective (its 'antisepsis index') is quite long, up to twenty minutes, which is longer than the period for which a mouthwash can be held in the mouth, and indeed, longer than is advisable; at such lengths where the antisepsis index shows effectiveness, greater damage to the tooth enamel will result than from any bacteria present.

The effect of mouthwashes is entirely cosmetic; they have no practical hygiene use whatsoever. Indeed, it's possible their use could mask symptoms that ought to be checked out more thoroughly.

Of course, if you have shares in companies manufacturing mouthwashes, you might want to overlook this minor inconvenience....

Fluoride Listerine.

Listerine total, don't use corsodyl unless you have problem, it stains the teeth.

Crest Pro Health...I love it!!!!
