Anti inflammatory drugs. Obviously prescription drugs are better than something like ibuprofen.
I had a horrible mouth ulcer that turned into an abyss , i was in agony. I tried some prescription anti inflammatory ( cant remember what they are called) And it went almost instantly!
Also bonjella is good for numbing the pain

I have used Cankercover it works great you can buy it at walmart. Its usually by the toothpaste and brushes.
Dissolve one part citric acid(lemon salt)- to four parts water(one spoon citric acid-to four five spoons of water), Use this concentrated solution for mouthh washing. Sip a little bit at the time, like a tea spoon or so, roll it around your mout to reach every corner of it and after few such rollings, spit it out! Do not swallow it, for you will get a bad constipation. This think isn't poisonous, but surely will make your life miserable, if you swallow it, because is very sour and it does a little burnings. But this is what you want! To burn the microbes which is causing the ulcer on your mouth.
Then, after five minutes or so, wash you mouth with some Listerine or ask your pharmacist for something stronger than Listerine. But I say, the Listerine will do.
You find citric acid on the supermarket spices or baking section. Is a seasoning agent and it makes nice-instant borsch, if added to your soup.
