A tiny sore on tongue?
I get these tiny little sores on my tongue every once in a blue moon. There are myths from people that say it is because I am craving to eat something in particular or that i have lied to some one. My question is what are they and what causes them. They are the size of a pen tip not even bigger than a "." could these be canker sore?

Yes I get them too. I think they are called ulcers, they will go away after a few days.
