Two questions about baking soda for brushing teeth?!
Question: If you use it at all, how many times a week should you do it (so you don't overdue it)
and
The baking soda you leave over in a plastic baggie.....can you put it in the fridge or leave out? If in fridge, will it suck up germs from other foods or fridge?

Just wet your toothbrush, and dip it into a box of baking soda, baggie or container. Mark this as your personal box for your teeth...Then, brush your teeth, and rinse. Repeat regularly, and you'll have whiter teeth at a price that you won't feel guilty about. About twice a week is fine.
Why This Works:
When mixed with water, baking soda creates a thick paste that's perfect for scrubbing away the stains on your teeth, and because it's applied with a toothbrush, it even does a good job of reaching and removing the stains that form between your teeth
