I have denti cal, they want to pull 18 teeth while i am awake.can i get other insurance?

most of the teeth are salvagable. i know they will probably pull four at a time. my roots are so deep one dentist had his knee in my chest, literally. also intersted in the pros and cons of dentures. i am 42 and terrified. i also have other disabilities.i would be willing to buy insurance if i could afford it and it would be better. thank you.
