Bleaching can be sensitive for teeth, but not harmful.
Bleaching can irritate gums, that is why it is advised not to put the product on them, or remove any remaining bleaching product from your gums.
Some bleaching kids bought at drugstores are very good, but the most efficient tooth whitening technique remains at th dentist.
