my tooth is killing me can someone show me a way to pull it out but not painful?

Its a baby tooth that needs to be pulled out im only 10 years old I need advice.

my son had this problem last week on a baby molar. I bought some oragel and told him to keep wiggling it. The more you wiggle it the faster it will come out . Once it is loose enough that it has came out all but on one side tie a piece of dental floss that is about 2 1/2 feet long to it tie the other end to your shoe (you will be bent over) stand up quickly the tooth should pop out. Then wash your mouth out with ice water to stop any bleeding and the pain is gone
