the ones that stay on longer, they would keep the whitener against your teeth longer causing a greater whitening effect compared to the ones that dissolve quickly.
i used crest whitening strips and they worked so well people would tell me i should do the commercials for crest. i would recommend these over any other brand cause the first brand i used did not work as well as the crest did. get this you will be happy you did! smile!

I have used many different over the counter brands and have found that the Rembrandt 2 hour whitening tray kit works best. It comes with a tray to mold to the top and bottom of your teeth. Just dip it in hot water for about five seconds, put it in your mouth and you have a good fit. It has individually wrapped/ tubed whitening gel that you put in the trays. You leave it on for twenty minutes, give your self a break for ten then repeat this process until it is done. If you don't have two hours to spare you can break it up, like I have done. Besides being the easiest for me. It is the best whitener so far. I like that it only takes twenty minutes at a time and that I could do it in as little as two hours.
